Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials within our global supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the logistical movement of goods and materials to meet customer demands
- Working closely with airline customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring that all components float accurately reflect operational requirements
- Identifying potential problems and risks, and developing contingency plans to mitigate them
- Collaborating with the Operations Specialist Team Leader and team to ensure operational performance meets contracted targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in time-critical supply chain or logistics operations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to in-house IT systems
