Role Overview:
This position is vital to the organization's success. You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who focus on client retention and maximizing revenue from their offerings.
- Manage a small team of account managers
- Foster and enhance client partnerships
- Engage with clients to discuss occupancy and sales, providing recommendations for improvement
- Continuously analyze competitors to identify areas for enhancement
- Communicate trading updates with the wider organization through regular reports
- Monitor client success through both observational insights and comprehensive analytical reports
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel sector is essential
- Commercially astute
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous

- Proficient in analytics
- Strong skills in managing partner relationships
