We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of prospects and existing customers to drive sales growth and maintain market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets and meet key customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market data to ensure proactive and productive sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business-to-business field sales with a focus on new business development.
- Experience working in a structured company with a strong sales culture.
- Positive, activity-driven, and can-do approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
