About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Living Well, a service that enables people to improve their health and wellbeing. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all referrals and will support the smooth running of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Living Well team, including processing referrals and outcomes.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the service, ensuring accurate data recording and retention.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of the service.
  • Support the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including databases and Microsoft Office.
