Key Duties:

  • Facilitating the administration of funding applications and financial transactions associated with SEND initiatives and programs.
  • Assisting in the procurement of necessary goods and services.
  • Managing data entry and extraction across various software platforms, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data related to all Children's Services records within the scope of this role.
  • Preparing and organizing information and materials as required.
  • Gathering data for Service Key Performance Indicators.
  • Reviewing and verifying documents and information.
  • Supporting the creation, organization, and dissemination of data or statistical information as needed.
  • Providing administrative assistance and documenting information for the broader SEND Team.
