Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our client, a rapidly-growing automotive business based in Peterborough. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential new customers, identifying sales leads, and negotiating terms to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online and offline channels to establish new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Open and manage customer accounts, identifying key decision-makers and updating contact information.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms with customers to drive sales growth and close deals.
  • Business Development: Identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Client Management: Manage dormant buyer accounts, re-engaging regularly to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
