About the Role: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive at Marshall Motor Group, representing Honda Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the purchase process and ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by fully understanding and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales processes, FCA and compliance training, and manufacturer-specific training to provide the best support to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on new and used vehicle sales.

About the Company: Marshall Motor Group is one of the UK's largest car dealer groups, representing 23 popular car, van, truck, and motorbike manufacturers across 34 UK counties.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £20,000, plus uncapped OTE and a company car.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount, and a purchase discount scheme.
