  • Maintaining Standards:
    • Ensure security procedures are always maintained
    • Address client issues in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
    • Conduct regular housekeeping checks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Finance:
    • Liaise with the financial controller on payment matters
    • Escalate payment issues in line with procedure
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to use other computer systems (Technology Within, Qube)
  • Positive personality and can-do solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work with little supervision and on own initiative
  • Team player with ability to plan, prioritize, and implement workload
