About the Role

Natixis is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Nordic Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the group's activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and research reports.
  • Contribute to financial modeling and credit analysis for finance transactions.
  • Analyze financial data, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with Risk, Structuring, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Support the development of knowledge on clients and their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on economic and financial data, as well as other important factors affecting the client base and products.
  • Understand and adhere to risks to the bank and clients resulting from successful transactions.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, completing all mandatory training as required.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics).
  • Experience in finance or investment banking, with a strong interest in financial markets.
  • Previous internships or relevant work experience in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Integrity and trustworthy values.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with knowledge of Nordic languages an advantage.
