About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Pertemps Managed Solutions as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shortlist relevant applications and screen applicants to ensure the best candidates are selected for our clients' roles.
  • Utilize our CRM and application tracking systems to update candidates on their application status and provide timely feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates via phone, ensuring they receive a positive and professional experience.
  • Process and manage documents to support applications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Confident and articulate, with a strong phone presence.
  • Good administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately process and manage data.
