We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lexus Reading dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales appointments professionally and ensure high-quality test drive experiences.
  • Deliver on sales targets and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, ensuring their experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Consultant.
  • Proven track record in sales within a Main Dealer environment.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets.
