Position Overview

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and enhancing the visibility of our hotels. Your role will involve:

  • Working in close collaboration with General Managers (GMs) and Regional General Managers (RGMs) to develop and execute a unified sales strategy for our properties.
  • Engaging with central Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
  • Implementing comprehensive sales planning for the corporate sector and peak holiday seasons, including the establishment of suitable listings and regular outreach initiatives.
  • Managing the hotel's social media presence to effectively promote our offerings and enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensuring that weekly sales activities are strategically targeted to meet established hotel objectives.

  • A naturally sales-oriented professional with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Possesses extensive industry connections and leverages networks to drive sales growth, particularly within the tourism sector.
  • Demonstrates a commercial mindset, ensuring that planned activities contribute to profitability as well as sales.
  • Collaborates effectively with the broader marketing and revenue teams to maximize results.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays as necessary.
  • Proficient in IT, with the ability to generate and analyze sales reports and data consistently.
