About the Role

As a Hotel Reservations & Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Converting bookings and generating leads to drive revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy
  • Ensuring all details on contracts & pro-formas are completed
  • Successfully converting reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialized bookings
  • Managing multiple properties and prioritizing workload
  • Liaising with the on-property team to ensure guest requirements are met
  • Identifying new leads and contacts, working with the Sales teams to drive engagement for lead generation
  • Responding to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Performing general office duties and administrative tasks as needed
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a Sales/Reservations team, preferably in the hospitality industry. An excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills are essential to ensure success in this role. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and be able to respond and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
