Based within our Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Team:

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, overseeing over 1,600 hotels and resorts across the world. We work with big brands such as Hilton, Accor, Marriott, and IHG, as well as small independent hotels and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert bookings and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy.
  • Ensure all details on contracts and pro-formas are completed.
  • Successfully convert reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialized bookings.
  • Manage multiple properties and prioritize workload.
  • Liaise with the on-property team to ensure guests' requirements are met.
  • Identify new leads and contacts, working with the Sales teams in driving engagement for lead generation.
  • Respond to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks where needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a Sales/Reservations team, preferably in the hospitality industry. An excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills are paramount to ensure success within this role. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and be able to respond and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
