We are seeking a dynamic Group Sales Coordinator with proficiency in German to elevate our MICE revenue generation efforts. Based within the Area Support Office at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport, your role will involve handling centralized enquiries and expertly managing the entire process through to successful conversion.

As a pivotal part of our team, you'll thrive in the fast-paced world of sales, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding results and spotting new avenues for growth. Building robust and fruitful professional relationships will be second nature to you, coupled with a 'Yes I Can' attitude that exudes positivity. **Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and lead the enquiry process, to include liaison with both clients and hotels worldwide

Proactively look for new opportunities and cross-sell at all times

Track enquiries and revenues inline with the processes in place

Ensure a prompt turnaround in responses to clients, whilst adhering to timelines in place for key partners and SLA’s

Convert enquires; both directly with clients and working closely with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Account Managers (AMs)

Grow the number of contacts per managed account and update online sales management databases

Communicate details of requests with large revenue opportunities to KAMs and AMs and agree follow up plans

Communicate via online Sales Management tool the contact details of new clients identified, to the appropriate KAM or AM.

**What we are looking for**:
A results orientated, experienced Sales Coordinator with a proven track record of handling MICE enquires to conversion

A super organised individual with exceptional attention to detail

A natural communicator with a flair for identifying opportunities

Experience Salesforce (or similar) user with a strong understanding of group bookings, meetings and conferences
