Sales Performance Enhancement Coordinator

Are you a sales-driven professional passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Cluster Meeting & Events Team at the Radisson Hotel Group.
As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences from enquiry to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all enquiries are answered to the highest standards within the agreed time frame, delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
- Completing the enquiry process through to signed contract stage, utilizing RHG tools to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
- Participating in the conversion of inbound and outbound enquiries across all platforms, contributing to a sales-hungry culture within the team.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
- Developing and building your skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings & events department, aligning with the company's culture of growth, development, and performance.
Requirements for the Meeting & Events Coordinator role include:

- Strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
