The Logistics Coordinator will assist in various facets of supply chain and logistics operations, encompassing procurement, inventory oversight, and customer relations, while also aiding in the management of transportation and distribution activities. This position necessitates fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support diverse administrative responsibilities and reporting tasks.

This is a full-time permanent role. We provide a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Onboarding: Aid in the identification, assessment, and integration of new suppliers.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Foster and sustain positive interactions with suppliers, promoting collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Process Enhancement: Actively pursue opportunities for process optimization within the supply chain and logistics domain, contributing to the continuous development and refinement of best practices.
  • Inventory Oversight: Vigilantly monitor product inventory levels, promptly addressing shortages and managing slow-moving stock to minimize disruptions and enhance efficiency.
  • Cost Management: Assist in cost control initiatives by evaluating quotations, pricing, and terms from suppliers, providing recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness.
  • Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on essential supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
  • Procurement Management: Strategize, implement, and oversee all aspects of sourcing and procurement of products, ensuring timely availability and compliance with quality standards.
  • Interdepartmental Transfers: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless transfers of products, ensuring accurate inventory management and delivery.
  • Distribution Efficiency: Work with freight forwarders to identify optimal distribution solutions for transporting finished products, focusing on cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.
  • Purchase Order Administration: Manage the creation and oversight of purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to products and services, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
