**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries regarding spare parts, particularly from German-speaking companies
  • Liaise with engineers to identify and source spare parts for elevator and escalator systems as required
  • Have knowledge of post-Brexit export and import shipping regulations
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and correct
  • Notify customers of tracking numbers for shipments daily
  • Organize collections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of German language (desirable)
