  • Stock Management: Effectively utilize PROMRO to oversee and manage all stock requests.
  • Shortage Management: Take responsibility for the shortage sheet, ensuring all requests are processed promptly.
  • Inventory Transfers: Coordinate inventory transfers between various STS locations as necessary.
  • Procurement Requests: Identify items for procurement and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely processing.
  • Information Maintenance: Keep the shortage sheet updated with precise and current information.
  • Shift Transition: Provide comprehensive handover briefs between shifts.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain accurate communication by adding customer information related to stock.
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Generate detailed reports on supply chain activities as required.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement stock cost-saving initiatives in alignment with performance indicators.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other STS departments and cover for Material Coordinators at different sites when necessary.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Logistical Support: Carry out stock picking, returns, and other logistical tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Logistics Experience: Proven experience in logistics operations.
  • Driving Credentials: Valid UK driving license.
  • Process Improvement: Strong understanding of process development in logistics.
  • Calibration Knowledge: Familiarity with calibration management principles.
  • Commercial Experience: Background in a commercial setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to take initiative and manage workload effectively.
  • Aviation Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of aviation logistics principles.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • PROMRO Experience: Familiarity with using PROMRO.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Capability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
