Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving corporate events for our unique spaces in Manchester City Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Manage booking platforms, including Design My Night and Tagvenue, Headbox, and other relevant systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the smooth running of each confirmed event.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, networking events, corporate gatherings, and social events.
- At least 2+ years of experience in both inbound and outbound sales within the hospitality and events sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events.
