Business Development and Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at EA First Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, securing sales and renewals of contracts, and driving a "best in class" experience through customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive a customer-centric approach and enhance customer retention.
- Focus on securing sales and renewals of contracts through effective relationship building and communication.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling and referrals.
- Provide accurate data to the scheduling team and ensure contract information is up-to-date in the database.
- Offer contract quotes and respond to customer queries accurately and promptly.
- Develop and present customer reports, and support the development of new campaign initiatives.
- Contribute to the administration of contract renewals and provide administrative support as needed.
