Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at EA First Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, securing sales and renewals of contracts, and driving a "best in class" experience through customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to drive a customer-centric approach and enhance customer retention.
  2. Focus on securing sales and renewals of contracts through effective relationship building and communication.
  3. Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling and referrals.
  4. Provide accurate data to the scheduling team and ensure contract information is up-to-date in the database.
  5. Offer contract quotes and respond to customer queries accurately and promptly.
  6. Develop and present customer reports, and support the development of new campaign initiatives.
  7. Perform administrative tasks related to contract renewals and lead generation.
