About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Specialist to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with vendors, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new business opportunities
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and ensure properties are marketed to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and door knock to promote properties
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent looking to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
