Job Overview

At Faerch, our Internal Sales division collaborates closely with external sales teams, managing quotations, pricing assessments, orders, and various projects. As a Sales Support Specialist, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients while providing robust assistance to our sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ongoing communication and cooperation between Faerch and our clientele.
  • Offer comprehensive and proficient support to Area Sales Managers.
  • Engage collaboratively with our Internal Sales Team, Planning Team, NPD/NPI, and Finance Teams.
  • Oversee all customer transactions within our Business systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new business opportunities.
  • Manage all SAP IBP forecasting transactions and conduct customer forecasting analysis.
  • Handle pricing assessments and prepare quotations for clients.
  • Maintain Master Data for your assigned customer portfolio in our M3 and CRM systems.
  • Proactively assist the sales team with administrative tasks to drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

You possess strong organizational skills and a determination to excel. You take full ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring quality in every task from inception to completion. Additionally:

  • You have a background in internal sales and excel at building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective support to meet those requirements.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and M3 systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Experience in back-office sales from a similar role is advantageous.
  • You are adept at structuring your workload and keeping track of all activities without overlooking details.
  • A service-oriented team player with initiative and strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic internal sales office environment.

Future Development:

As you grow in this role, you will take on project-oriented tasks, becoming the project owner for new designs and ensuring accurate calculations for new products.
