We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a manufacturing or technical sales background
* Strong B2B sales experience and a track record of success
* Ability to travel to Asia on a quarterly basis for 5 days at a time
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
