Service Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Chemist to join our team at Hydro-X Group. As a Service Chemist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our customers' water treatment systems.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with ACOP L8 and associated company documents
• Perform water sampling and testing in accordance with BSRIA and BS:2486 standards
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs in line with approved codes of practice
• Interpret results and provide written reports in line with relevant codes of practice
• Work with the Regional Manager/Field Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities and provide quotations to clients

• Full driving license
• Excellent water treatment knowledge
• Ability to operate and maintain water treatment & cooling tower systems
• Client service skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with decision-making and negotiation skills
• Literacy skills including the ability to read manuals, with effective verbal and listening communication skills
