The Role: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the fire & security industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose comprehensive fire & security solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover process from sales to project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing clients with the latest technology and solutions.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the fire & security sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fire & security products, systems, and services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
