Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

Plandek is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth and expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and determine their suitability for our products and services.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Value Proposition: Educate prospects on our offerings and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximize lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve prospecting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inside sales role.
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of MEDDPIC, SPIN, and GAP selling methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business Development: Proven track record in business development.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the technology industry.
  • Sales Automation: Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
