We are in search of a skilled Lead Sushi Chef to take charge of our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary excellence and have a minimum of 3-4 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, high-volume kitchen environment.

Collaborating closely with management, you will be instrumental in curating a menu that is seasonal, relevant, and appealing to our clientele. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations is crucial to maintain compliance with industry standards.
