Join Our Team as a Consumer Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Manager to join our team at General Mills. As a key member of our snacks portfolio, you will be responsible for driving business growth through deep insights and strategic clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative learning plans to enhance product, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  2. Utilize our demand spaces framework to unlock game-changing growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate closely with Brand Experience teams to refine every aspect of communication and brand experience.
  4. Harness the power of analytics to connect the dots between market data, consumer insights, and secondary data.
  5. Embrace agile learning tools to accelerate decision-making processes and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of CMI experience with a solid understanding of brand building and innovation research methodologies.
  • Able to thrive in an agile and fast-moving team, employing pragmatism and leveraging existing knowledge and insight to provide new perspectives and insights.
  • Ability to see the big picture – to simplify and synthesise multiple disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies.
  • Confident and clear communicator with executive-level leaders.
