About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insight Manager to join our team at General Mills. As a key member of our snacks portfolio, you will be responsible for uncovering crucial insights that drive brand building and innovation strategies for our flagship brands, Nature Valley and Fibre One.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deep Dive Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of our snacks portfolio to identify key trends, consumer behaviors, and market opportunities.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative learning plans to enhance product, packaging, and pricing strategies, driving exceptional execution and growth.
  3. Market Intelligence: Utilize our demand spaces framework to unlock game-changing growth opportunities and set the stage for unparalleled success.
  4. Brand Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to craft and execute cutting-edge brand strategies, shaping the future of our flagship brands.
  5. Customer Experience: Work closely with the Brand Experience teams to refine every aspect of communication and brand experience, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  6. Data Analysis: Harness the power of analytics to connect the dots between market data, consumer insights, and secondary data, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  7. Agile Learning: Embrace agile learning tools to accelerate decision-making processes and drive innovation at a rapid pace.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with another FMCG manufacturer, with a solid understanding of brand building and innovation research methodologies.
  • Able to thrive in an agile and fast-moving team, employing pragmatism and leveraging existing knowledge and insight to provide new perspectives and insights.
  • Ability to see the big picture – to simplify and synthesize multiple disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies.
  • Confident and clear communicator with executive-level leaders.
