About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content-led brand awareness strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a compelling brand awareness strategy that aligns with our messaging framework to engage our target audience.
  • Lead content planning, design, and development across various formats, including research papers, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Own content and demand generation metrics, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead a foundational content team, mentoring and developing the skills of our content specialist.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or content marketing, with a proven track record of increasing brand awareness and driving inbound MQLs.
  • A recognized qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of content campaigns, with a strong understanding of data analysis and industry trends.
  • Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with our tone and style guidelines.
  • Led teams on projects, with experience delegating tasks, managing external resources, and ensuring team members are working towards shared goals.
