Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a demand generation marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the sales funnel.
  3. Execute a mix of email, paid social, and content marketing campaigns to generate net new leads.
  4. Create compelling content for all lead generation activity, including emails, whitepapers, social copy, and blog posts.
  5. Lead webinars and virtual events to engage with prospects and generate leads.
  6. Track and report performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive lead generation.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of marketing experience, with 3 years in demand generation.
  2. Advanced project management and time management skills.
  3. 2 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation software, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.
  4. Previous sales enablement experience.
  5. Exceptional analytical and campaign reporting skills.
