Drive Brand Awareness and Inbound Pipeline Generation

As a Demand Generation Manager at oilandgas, you will be responsible for developing and executing content-led brand awareness strategies that span owned content, thought leadership, PR, and virtual events. Your mission is to drive brand awareness and inbound pipeline generation within our target regions and ideal customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a compelling brand awareness strategy that aligns with our messaging framework to engage ICPs at the initial stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Lead content planning, design, and development across various formats, such as research papers, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Own content and demand generation metrics, regularly working with sales, marketing, and customer success to collaborate on cross-functional projects and with freelancers/agencies.
  • Lead a foundational content team, working closely with our content specialist to develop their marketing fundamentals and writing skills.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or content marketing, with a solid track record of increasing brand awareness, inbound MQLs, and the confidence to own your KPIs.
  • A recognised qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or another related field.
  • Experience measuring and analysing the effectiveness of content campaigns and making strategic recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with the company's tone and style guidelines.
  • Led teams on projects, including being able to delegate tasks, manage external resources, provide support, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals.
