Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to capture demand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage various paid ad types, including Google Search and LinkedIn, to drive demand globally.
  2. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, and ads, to engage potential customers across various stages of the buyer's journey.
  3. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and enhance lead conversion rates.
  4. Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ads, emails, and other externally facing content to improve conversion rates and drive customer action.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive high conversions and ultimately MQLs.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B demand generation or inbound marketing, with a solid track record of increasing MQLs and SQLs.
  2. Experience in PPC advertising, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing.
  3. Knowledge of marketing systems and processes, with working knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  4. Proven experience in developing marketing plans, content, and campaigns.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret and report data insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Solid project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
