Your Role:

  • Educate and influence by driving Quality best practices through the development of quality programs and initiatives.
  • Promote best practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for QA/SDLC process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Quality to support and advance overarching Quality strategic initiatives.
  • Lead testing efforts for high-profile, large-scale, and complex projects across various business units and technologies, utilizing a scalable and consistent testing methodology.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and the Head of Quality to gain a deep understanding of project scope and delivery strategies.
  • Devise, lead, and execute testing strategies, including related milestones and exit criteria.
  • Understand underlying architectures and business requirements to effectively manage the overall testing strategy.
  • Integrate quality metrics into project success criteria (e.g., CI/CD, proper environments, appropriate levels of test automation).
  • Consult with Project Managers on Test Management best practices for medium and smaller projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in testing asset management solutions or corporate services technology is advantageous.
  • Skilled in architecting quality frameworks and solutions within an enterprise environment across various technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead through change to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
