**Global Test Programme Lead Opportunity**

Vector Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Test Programme Lead to join our client's team in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the test programme and ensuring the successful rollout of their Dynamics 365 implementation across 40 countries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and policies to ensure high-quality products.
  • Plan and manage test plans, resources, and execution to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of testers, working closely with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present test results and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement training programmes for team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality testing.
  • Communicate testing progress and results to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Proven experience in leading test teams and developing automation skills within existing teams.
  • Strong understanding of test strategies and policies, particularly in the context of Dynamics 365 rollouts.
  • Experience in implementing and developing automation frameworks, with a focus on improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
