This is a 6 MONTH FTC hybrid role which would require at least 2 days presence in our central london office (Wilson Street, Shoreditch)


Overview of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to support a global ERP deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with solution partners to shape and deliver a comprehensive test approach, including planning, scenario creation, script development, data management, and support for triage, defect tracking, and bug fixes through early life support. This role requires collaboration with test and business analysts, adherence to governance frameworks, and providing tools and guidance to the wider business on UAT test standards and benchmarks.

- Provide guidance and tools to the business for UAT test standards and benchmarks.

- Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and implement a robust user acceptance test strategy and plan for the ERP deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to communicate and plan activities

- Create detailed test scenarios, scripts, and data sets to ensure thorough testing coverage.

- Facilitate testing ceremonies

- Coordinate and support triage, defect tracking, and resolution processes.

- Collaborate with solution partners and internal teams to ensure alignment

- Present test progress within programme governance documents and steering groups

- Attend Design Authority as a member of an assurance panel

What you’ll need:

- Certification in relevant testing methodologies or tools.

- Experience with specific ERP systems (MS 365, Business Central).

Knowledge of business processes and requirements in a global context

Experience of testing financial processes and systems

- Proven experience as a Test Lead in large-scale ERP deployments.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their testing requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.

- Experience in defect tracking and resolution processes.

- Ability to work collaboratively with solution partners and internal teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards.

- Flexibility to support working in multiple time zones.
