Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with a specialization in Guidewire Policy Center and Claim-Center products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in testing, emphasizing effective Test Management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases tailored to Guidewire products.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance testing processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Implement automated testing tools and leverage scripting languages to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address testing challenges effectively.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, driving service improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee project reporting and maintain accountability to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and management within a testing environment.
  • Prince 2 Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
