We are seeking a skilled Test Manager specializing in Guidewire ClaimCentre upgrades and ClaimCenter implementations within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 15 years of experience in testing with strong test management capabilities.
  • The ability to define and take ownership of the Value Stream Testing Strategy, including planning and risk assessment for all initiatives.
  • Expertise in aligning the overall testing approach with TMO functions and services, ensuring methodologies, risk evaluations, testing methods, tools, estimation models, and ROI meet customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • A solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the London Markets domain is a valuable asset.
