About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Testing Lead - Assistant Vice President to join our team at MUFG Securities EMEA plc. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a critical role in developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Operational Resilience policy statements, including the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators.
  • Manage the delivery of all Operational Resilience testing requirements, including creating and gaining agreement to a testing schedule, coordinating pre-testing activity, and facilitating testing exercises.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions to ensure the effective management of Operational Resilience.
  • Be the central point of contact for all Operational Resilience testing requirements, supporting coordination across other related testing activities across the business.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of Operational Resilience policy statements and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience delivering a Testing capability covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Proven facilitation skills and ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues, or prompt escalation to management if they are not able to be resolved.
