Operational Resilience Testing Lead

MUFG is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Testing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of Operational Resilience testing requirements.
- Manage the delivery of all Operational Resilience testing, including creating and gaining agreement to a testing schedule, coordinating pre-testing activity, and facilitating testing exercises.
- Assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions to ensure the effective management of Operational Resilience.
- Be the central point of contact for all Operational Resilience testing requirements, supporting coordination across other related testing activities.
- Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
- Experience delivering a Testing capability covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
- Proven facilitation skills and ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
