About the Role

MUFG is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Testing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Resilience team, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators.
  • Manage the delivery of all Operational Resilience testing requirements, including creating and gaining agreement to a testing schedule, coordinating pre-testing activity, and facilitating testing exercises.
  • Establish and manage the process to assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions, including supporting the business areas with assessing and prioritizing weaknesses and vulnerabilities in resilience.
  • Be the central point of contact for all Operational Resilience testing requirements, coordinating support across other related testing activities across the business.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
  • Experience delivering a Testing capability covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
  • Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues, or prompt escalation to management if they are not able to be resolved.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
