Role/Department

The Resilience Testing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the operational resilience of our Asset Servicing business. This involves identifying and assessing operational risks, developing and executing test plans, and reporting on test results. The successful candidate will lead the development of scenario test plans for critical operations and important business services, consult with senior Business Leaders and Practice Leads to enhance resilience provisions, and facilitate operational resilience tests and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain operational resilience documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate operational resilience into all aspects of the business
  • Identify and assess operational risks in line with risk appetite and impact tolerances
  • Lead the development and maintenance of operational resilience strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to partners on operational resilience best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operational resilience and resiliency testing
  • Contribute to the development of the operational resilience strategy
  • Support and promote a resilience culture across the enterprise

Requirements:

  • Experience in operational resiliency and/or incident/crisis management testing
  • Strong knowledge of operational resiliency, including disaster/business recovery, business continuity management, corporate risk policies, and standards
  • Strong background in operational and IT practices, including integrated testing
  • Strong understanding of risk management practices, including cyber security, and how they apply in Financial Services organizations
  • Proven track record in presenting to senior management with excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and related tools, including Power BI
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to drive to execution
