As a key member of our Operational Resilience Team, you will play a crucial role in developing, embedding, and managing our Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As an Operational Resilience Testing Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing testing schedules to ensure compliance with UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements.
  • Coordinating testing activities, including the facilitation of testing exercises and ensuring that all testing requirements are met.
  • Establishing and managing processes to assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of Operational Resilience testing requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge of Operational Resilience Policy Statements and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements.
  • Experience in delivering testing capabilities covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues.
