Operational Resilience Testing Lead

MUFG is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Testing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Operational Resilience framework, including testing schedules, scoping documentation, and testing packs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act.
- Lead testing exercises and ensure that all testing requirements comply with regulatory expectations.
- Assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions to ensure the effective management of operational resilience.
- Provide regular updates on progress under the Operational Resilience Governance framework.
- Technical knowledge of Operational Resilience Policy Statements and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements.
- Experience delivering a testing capability covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
- Proven facilitation skills and ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
