Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce openings for Support Services Facilitators within our CQC Registered Learning and Physical Disabilities Service.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Services Facilitator:

• Assist clients with various learning and physical disabilities to enhance their potential and independence.

• Provide individualized support as needed.

• Ensure safety through conducting risk assessments and evaluating client needs.

• Regularly review and update support plans based on client assessments.

• Foster professional relationships with clients, ensuring their choices, privacy, and dignity are respected.

• Facilitate small group activities aimed at promoting recovery and well-being.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with adults with physical or learning disabilities.

• Ability to connect and empathize with individuals facing such challenges.

• Capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Experience in maintaining accurate records and support plans.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
