About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team at BRC. If you are committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance misuse, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to individuals on their journey to recovery
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and goals
  • Facilitate group sessions to promote recovery and well-being
  • Build positive relationships with service users and empower them to achieve their recovery goals
Requirements
  • Passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey
  • Experience working in a similar role within the substance misuse sector
  • Strong understanding of key issues related to substance misuse and recovery
  • Relevant qualification in health and social care or a related field
  • Additional training in substance misuse and recovery support
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
