About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supported Housing Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to achieve their full potential and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to encourage customers to maximize their independence and potential
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
  • Support customers in managing their mental health and well-being
  • Offer one-to-one support as required, promoting safety and dignity
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans
  • Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with adults with physical/learning disabilities or high needs
  • Ability to relate and empathise with individuals with physical/learning disabilities
  • Experience with developing and maintaining accurate records and support plans
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
