About the Role
Selwood Housing is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, and we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services meet the needs of our customers and the wider organisation.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and the solutions development team to gather requirements, create user stories, and design, test, and deploy business improvements.
This could be anything from small incremental improvements through to large-scale Dynamics 365 projects, offering plenty of variation and the opportunity to affect real change and implement new technologies.
We value flexibility and many of the team work remotely during the week, with regular in-office meetings to share ideas and ensure we're on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and create user stories
- Design, test, and deploy business improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the solutions development team
- Run workshops and produce user documentation
- Lead user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a BA role and a relevant certification (IIBA or BCS)
- Microsoft stack knowledge including Dynamics 365 and Azure
- A good understanding of the SDLC
- Demonstrable experience running workshops and producing user documentation
- Experience leading user acceptance testing and providing post-implementation support
- Proven track record of change management and continuous improvement
- Experience of process re-engineering
- Savvy communicator with exceptional soft skills
